- Creation of multiple digital platforms for the site
- The first #2minutebeachclean station in North Wales hosted at Dylan's Restaurant, Cricieth
- Production of an Education Pack to help raise awareness in schools
- Installation of seal pup disturbance panels to re assure people that most of the pups are fine and need to be left alone
- Implementation of a catchment scale project, Tir a Môr, where we looked at managing land and sea together, activities included:
- The trial of a payment for outcomes scheme
- Improving habitat management along the Wales Coast Path
- Improving water quality in the Daron catchment
- Exploring options for species restoration and management including otters and crawfish
- Improving management in the marine environment
- We hosted a global seagrass seminar in 2016 where scientists and marine managers from all over the world attended
